absolutely love this...we desperately need this all through our suburban main streets. The entire GTA is like this, except Hamilton's burbs. We love our sprawl.

I wonder how many skylines you can see from the roof of one of those buildings. Surely Niagara Falls (since you can see that from the QEW). How about Kitchener or Guelph, though?

I am very doubtful of the 605 unit count, must be an error. The site is too small to accommodate that without a massive tower. That, or the site is significantly larger than I thought and extends further east.
