Correct! This is stitting toward the back corner of the lot. Looks like it is high enough for a 4 storey building. It didn't appear that it would be tall enough to allow the 6 floors below it.

I'm going to be listing the seven-storey residential building as under construction today on the Compilation list. I think it is this building that is Phase II and not the other commercial building.

I don't have much of an update for this one but the steel framing for the Sobeys going up next door is looking to be almost finished.

This one sure is creeping along. Just up the street the new Sobeys will soon be finished. I am disappointed at the orientation to Wyse Rd. The side wall will be facing the street and is very ugly. Just like Windsor St.
