God, I love this project so much. I know it's a mega development but it feels so much more authentic than other projects like Quarry Yards/ Atlantic Station. I think it's due to the fact that they're restoring old buildings first, having tenants move in - and then building residential to provide infill gradually. It makes the neighborhood growth feel more natural and we can tangible see the difference YoY.
And the design is very urban, yet conscious of the adjacent single family homes. It activates every street with life and best of all, no private streets by the developer!
I cannot wait to see the neighborhood in 10 years.
