The world uses different terminologies. Personally, I enjoy learning from each other.

This is an international forum, where not everyone has the Brooklyn depth of knowledge as you.. painful as that may be to accept

we? anyway ok, sorry to rustle up your white knight jimmies.

Are those setbacks modest terraces? Interesting to know the criteria for which units have them.

Lots. The podium is going up fast. Seems like the busiest spot in DT Brooklyn at the moment. It appeared the same height as the bank last I went by on Flatbush.

Holy f*ck, never thought I'd see this day.

If 45 Broad, 80SS and 2WTC/5WTC rise I may just have a heart attack.

This tower was fully financed more than a year ago. Short of a zombie apocalypse, there was no chance it wouldn't rise.

Those towers will all obviously rise; the question is when.

I don't believe so. This is a fully residential tower.

Now this tower will rise quickly, the same way Steinway did.

They have an affordable component too SkyHigher . If you are lucky enough to win the lottery, the housing one, and get a unit here, be sure to invite us, and we shall party until the sun comes up.

BTW, today, May 21st, is B.I.G's B-day!

" I was a terror since the public school era
Bathroom passes, cutting classes, squeezing asses
Smoking blunts was a daily routine
Since thirteen, a chubby Chris on the scene "

One needs to blast his music, and wake the neighbors up.

Notorious BIG, the rapper lol.

Well, I figured skyhigher has high tastes, and would go for the penthouse. But if you want, if you donate to the "Save a Chris Foundation", I'll buy the unit and we'll throw the party. If yes, I'll have my secretary forward you the bank info, just feel free to wire any money, yah know. I accept American Express too! For your contribution, of just a mere 500k, you'll also get a commemorative, signed photo of me from me. Something to share with the family. Limited to the 1st 100 customers, so act now!

Sorry I'll stick to funding The Twin Tower Alliance

Getting back on topic I wish this was going in Lower Manhattan but I suppose 45 Broad Street is similar and taller.

I feel like our collective prize next year for getting through the COVID period will be a topped-out 9 DeKalb and a forever transformed Brooklyn skyline.
