i could see myself living in oakland over just about every other CA city. easy subway access to SF whenever, a nice waterfront of its own and a big enough city feel.

that's a beautiful "flatiron" building as well. (never realized oakland had one)

always relating Oakland ca and Newark nj to each other, maybe they have same vibes don't think so?
