Just checked out your Trump Tower link, enjoyed the pictures and the write up very much. I have to admit to being a bit of a hermit with regards to the skyscraper page and very seldom look beyond Surrey developments, just don’t find other municipalities interesting most of the times. Glad I checked out yours though, very nice.

FYI, I’d already seen your Surrey pictures taken from Metroplace, lucky for me you’d linked them to individual Surrey developments in your original postings.

Thanks.

Last night the fog rolled in, blanketing all of Brentwood.

Also Metrotown got covered by thick fog.

Downtown got also shrouded by the fog.

Wow - there's still an angle where you can see almost all of BC Place!

I know this has been asked before, but why does it seem like Brentwood area towers are the only ones with aircraft lights on them?

Thank you for above comments. Always nice to hear that the effort of posting photos here is appreciated. Here are some more of Brentwood being blanketed by the morning fog.

Metrotown staying mostly above the fog as usual.

Also Edmonds is waking up to a new day. Spot Surrey Central in the background.

Cold and clear evenings have made for perfect conditions to capture dusk setting above beautiful Brentwood.

It was a beautiful night last night, so I took few shots of the surrounding metropolitan area. Downtown Vancouver is always looking beautiful at sunset.

Lougheed tower cluster in the background as seen from Metrotown.

Brentwood's ever-expanding skyline during blue hour.

Both Brentwood and Downtown Vancouver can be fit in one wide shot. All three local ski resorts are also visible here.

Sovereign residential strata owners ordered to pay $1.3m in shared costs, plus interest.

Another example of avoid sharing with a hotel.

Mind you, that's only $5,000 per unit over 5 years, so less than $100 per month to add to the strata fees, if you value hotel amenities.

Interesting. As a someone renting in the building I know that the Strata and hotel have not been getting along for a very long time. I guess this explains the bout.

Outside of that the building is well maintained and looked after by few actives making it a nice and pretty problem free building to live in.

Amazing pics! I just signed a lease for this building. Higher floors (35+) but SW facing. Excited to move in!
