FF118, there are a lot of renderings for most of these towers in the regional forum under Ontario. You might have to look around but they are there. There was a lot of conversation on Trump and Sapphire towers back last fall and winter.

The Trump Tower is only a proposal? I thought it was under construction.

the Trump Tower in Chicago is under construction, the one in Toronto that shares the same name is a proposal

Trump is approved and in sales. There's a forumer with inside info that posts regularly over at SSC and according to that person, ground-breaking is to happen around December 05/January 06.

I thought Both were underconstruction.

no, no. Neither are under construction. Trump is still in sales. According to Trump himself, sales are going very well and we should expect to start seeing digging and construction "soon".

Sapphire is being run by a guy whom many Toronto forumers have classified as little more than a hack. So who knows when that will be built if ever.

You will be able to add The Met at 415 ft. and 43 floors to the list of under construction buildings as excavation began this week.

There doesn't appear to be a diagram for that one, guess one will have to be drawn

ROCP at 505 ft. doesn't have a diagram, ROCP II at 45 floors doesn't either and the same goes for many of the proposed buildings.

West One at 484 ft. and 49 floors is assembling the crane now. Looks like this one is a go.

The Tower on the left is West One, the tower on the right is N1 which should begin construction soon as well given it is 100% sold.

That looks most impressive, at 49 stories the skyline would start to look all the more wider.

TO Boy, are there any complete condos / highrises that you would like to see drawn? I prefer to work from real photos of completed buildings over renderings (cuz as we all know, Rendering and real built don't always match up eh?)

I couldn't find "The Met" diagram, and that has started construction.

Well besides Tony, there are really no other artists that draw for the Toronto diagram section anymore so the Met which is a more recent project isn't even listed along with its shorter tower Encore.

Other than that, Toronto hasn't really completed anythig else substantial.

This is certainly boomtime for highrises. Last time it was the 70s but already this century there's been more going up than in any other decade it seems.
