What building was this and why do we not have anything like this anymore? Yes, I know climate is probably the answer but I think a downtown building with a rooftop pool/bar would do great in the summer. Heat it in the winter and you could have year-round use! I was actually a little surprised the JW didn't include an outdoor pool and/or hot tub area overlooking the plaza.

Was this not a building directly west of City Hall? I swear it had a pool deck but when I look at google maps, no pool deck.

This may be the pool that was on top of the old Holiday Inn on 106 st and 100 ave.

It has since been replaced with a conference room for the now Matrix Hotel.
