Heed the advice from people in this thread when they say don’t go near Stinson. Look at the uncertainty the two users above are dealing with.

Try contacting naomi@stinsonproperties.com if you have any questions, she's just been assigned to Beasley. I haven't been in touch with her but you may have more luck with her than contacting Harry directly. Current design is being reviewed by the Architects now from my understanding and there probably won't be any updates until their done. I would say be ready to wait 3-5 years (at least that's what I'm expecting).

I spoke to Harry at Open doors Hamilton at Gibson school, and he said the south building would be occupied in 24 months.

I believe him, You have to have a time line. What is hamilton23 s timeline for rc3? O right, Spring 2019.

Are you in the industry? This guy is all over the place. Your comments are diluted.

This thread along with other projects from this individual are littered with comments about how misleading these projects have been. Why do you have so much faith?

From Stinson Properties FB Page

Graffiti on historic industrial buildings is a problem in many neighbourhoods everywhere in the world. In Hamilton we are still struggling to have people respect their community in some areas of town. It is a difficult task to keep up with the problem. Hamilton has promoted wonderful the world of Street Art and this has helped decorate instead of deteriorate some of the older parts of town . The Beasley Park Lofts have recently received the green light for their development plans and soil remediation in some parts has already been underway . Keeping the exterior of this large building clean needs to be an effort in vigilance by the entire community, including those utilizing the skate park where street art is encouraged . We have that canvas for those who wish to express themselves. Let’s work together to help respect the community many chose to call home !

Where is "Located in the heart of Hamilton’s City Centre at Main & Cannon St" ? Those streets don't intersect.

How uninformed would someone have to be to buy into this development? No chance this one sees the light of day unless the developer builds the whole thing or at least one initial tower on spec.

They corrected because I msged them and told them they don't run parallel - apparently it was a typo on their part.
