Yes, the add i saw was for a 1 bedroom with 901 sf actually. It looks like the higher you go up the higher the price gets, but that's pretty normal.

I like all these buildings although some say they are generic looking.

One dark, tall building in the middle of the lot has good chances of becoming the eye-catcher.

Yeah this is definitely gives an idea of how much of Dubai should look like, instead of massive "bases". I think towers closest to the waterfront are gonna sell fast.

Just wondering. What were your thoughts on the amount of light in this area. Did you find it way too dense and many areas not having enough light? Or was it OK.

I didn't really venture in the canyons... I'm not sure that it was even possible to go there because the "streets" were basically dusty construction sites.
I was there during a very sunny afternoon, and the amount of light was just fine by me : I usually never get enough of sunlight and the lack of it wasn't a problem for me at that time.
I'm thinking that the impression may be slightly different when the Pentominium is completed... taller, and also bigger ?

About the density :
Even though the height of the skyscapers is really impressive, the area seems not nearly as dense as some parts of Lower Manhattan or Hong Kong. The street map, formed by a grid of avenues at right angle, like Midtown Manhattan, reduces the impression of density, as opposed to the chaotic maze of, say, the City of London.
Then again, the area is virtually uninhabited. I wonder what it'll look like in 5 years. Will it be overcrowded ? Will it look like a ghost town ?

Anyway, I'm a big fan.

What are your thoughts, Malec ?
