Future skyline around Westboro Station. About 5 km west of downtown. The City is also building proper cycle tracks along the Scott Street transit trench to downtown.
Note that the grey tower is the existing Minto Metropole, completed in 2004. It held the title of tallest residential tower in Ottawa until Claridge Icon was toped-out at Dow's Lake around 2019.
Within 10 years, we should have a continuous skyline from the Vanier Parkway in the east all the way to Lincoln Fields Station in the west (about 12 kilometers). Much of that however, will be lines of towers as opposed to a dynamic, multilayered skyline.
