^It's funny how much many of us (myself included) complained about this and 110N Wacker in the past and now most of us can't stop singing their praises. It's like architects know what they are doing or something

Ooph, looks sooo good. Gotta assume that thing's gonna shed some serious ice in the winter, but I guess that's life in the big city!

Possibly.. my biggest fear about the ledges, but they must have thought this through, right?

One hypothesis is that the heat retained within the concrete from the central heating system, along with the insulation installed within the spandrel glass may prevent major ice formations.

Additionally, each edge is tilted which will help water slide right off before becoming problematic.

Idk. Would be a catastrophe to have ice falling all over LSE residents, they have to have thought this one through.
