For sure.

I think the one on the south side with the beige walls / red roof building is actually heritage somehow so that might be harder to develop.

The one at the SW corner with the red roof is alredy owned by Trinity with a rendering on their website:

The one at the NW corner, I'm not sure.

Thanks for posting. Can't wait to see this one near completion. One of very few well designed proposals in Ottawa.

starting work on the second floor.

in person you can see how far back from island park the entrance to this one will be. the parkette they're putting in there is going to be quite a bit bigger than I anticipated.

I had a brief chat with one of the construction workers who mentioned they've just changed over general contractors as the previous one wasn't on the ball. He said the new company is bringing in people from Toronto and they anticipate it'll be at its full height by November of this year.

Nice! That explains why it took this long to get to where we are today.

They are starting the 9th floor. Apologies for the lack of daylight but that's when I happened to be passing by.

The form work should start to get interesting from this point on based on the renders. Not enough buildings in this town get any type of defining roof line.

Thanks for the update! Definitely looking forward to seeing the materials and windows go up on this one.

One of my favorite projects going up in Ottawa.

Thanks for posting. Nice to see brick as opposed to pre-cast. So far so good, though some may be disappointed with the colour.

Glazing will be key.

Coping on the ground floor podium?

I hope the teacher doesn't call me up to do a math problem on the blackboard.
