Looks like a go for the meeting!! I have one thing to say about it though,

I don't know who did the rendering but this will be the ugliest building in Charlottetown if it's used. How the heck it
went from being contemporary to this ugliness is beyond me. It needs to change!!

PLEASE CHANGE IT!!

REMINDS ME OF THIS UGLY IN HALIFAX!!

I sure hope not, these buildings were built as public housing projects back in the early seventies.

This building on the right is now empty. Renovations will begin

I'm not sure whether it's been approved or not. Something is going
on.

It’s kind of a shame that this couldn’t be built downtown, instead of in between a car wash and a plaza with a used car dealership. With that being said, I do think it’s a welcomed development to the city.

Yeah, most cities are really putting an emphasis on having more people living downtown. Good for the businesses there. Would have been nice. But it is a good project for Summerside.

This project on Haviland St is going in the ground very soon as per the developer. With the go ahead, the rush is on to expedite the project while the time slot is available.

Permits should be available soon for this project

The developer is at a standstill but is hoping the permit will be available soon
as KingKar's lease at their present location on First St expires in December. The new location
is to be built on John Yeo Drive across from the east parking lot of Reliable Motors.

Mt Edward Rd Development

After a winter shutdown, there is movement on this property. Construction should start soon as there maybe a rush to begin before another delay down the road.

UPDATE : 74 Kensington Rd

They really are putting on the moves here. Last Monday (25th) there was only
a concrete foundation. The work will continue quickly to get the walls up.
Should see lots of progress in the coming weeks.
