I'd imagine this thing will have 10' ceilings for the residential (rentals), possibly 12' or 14' for the retail/library component, and mechanical, which puts it in line with 703'.
A project like this does illustrate why we need even more aggressive zoning. 921 units is nice, but it could be higher. This tower could make much more profit over the long term if it had more units. Limitations...
But at least its on the right step. We need more towers that approach the 1000 mark in terms of units.
