Saw it in person over the weekend for the first time since it was completed-ish. I think it works really well--the fact that it's set back and only a couple of storeys taller works in its favour--adds a contemporary splash to the block without overpowering the existing buildings. It's great.
Very much looking forward to seeing occupancy.
