When it gets to a point where it has structure above ground I think I will initiate an informal get together, maybe meet for lunch at Juniors or Dekalb Market and take a stroll around the area. It might be a nice opportunity for forumers living in other boros or Jersey to take a look at the transformation of DT Brooklyn. If you're interested send me a pm.

I've been traveling and haven't snapped any pics lately, but I'll get over there soon, and eventually I'll be able to snap progress from the roof deck we're building when the DOB permits finally come through. Very excited!

Rooms

Do you think they will have 500+ rooms or 417 most website have it. Because the filing say 417 but jds website over 500. Do we know exact number.

On the filing for condos is No. However some websites say yes so we really don't know anything.

After seeing the photos of the gold crown facade on 111w57th, it's clear that the bronze fins on this tower are going to be stunning. It's going to look amazing on a bright day.

This is the most exciting project in NYC in my opinion. There really isn't anything this inspiring in Manhattan in my opinion. Can't wait to see it take shape...

There are such things as bad opinions, and this is a good example of one

Those last photos are exciting to see. Actual foundation among an organized mess vs. just a messy site. Things are forming rather nicely! This tower is a great addition to Brooklyn. A super tall, wow. Exciting times.
