Good catch snapping a pic of the out-of-business Brussels Restaurant in the Granville Mall before the sign comes down.

I believe that's a tea shop, and the colour is lime green.

BTW, nice shots, 123. I think you have pretty much captured the feel of Halifax in them.

it's sorta kinda like lime green, but there's something just not right about it.
and yes, they are very nice shots. The flags and old buildings contrast quite nicely with the tower in behind.

There's another pic at their website:

Kinda reminds me of a colour that Chrysler used to call "Curious Yellow" that was kinda half yellow, half green. I've seen fire engines painted in a similar hue.

Again, great pics Hali. Thank you for posting
Very interesting composition. We seem to have typical pics repeated over and over but yours are not at all typical.

Nice photos. The one of the Nova Centre looming over Barrington Street is pretty neat.

Great pics! I enjoy the interesting perspectives that your eye finds when framing your photos.

Browsing some old photos on the weekend, I came across this one, taken sometime between 1864 and 1871:

And thought it would be an interesting comparison to your shot:

Keep the pics coming, it's like viewing Halifax from a whole new perspective.

Some interesting and excellent (imo) day/night composites from around downtown Halifax by photographer Patrick Rojo. Also some timelapse videos:

Here's a sample:
