Thank you for all your updates SekishikiMeikaiHa. It will be nice to see this one topped out so that they can finish the exterior at street level and remove the barricades (maybe by summer it will be occupied?).
Hopefully the city grows a set and stands up to the owner of the Morse tea building. Not holding out much hope..
the last that I heard the city can demand that the owner restore the sign, and if need be the city will do the restoring and then bill the owner; similar to unsightly buildings that need to be painted.

This picture is from back in October but I thought it was a cool vantage point anyway...
I'm pretty sure it's not all the glass that makes it look green, but part of it is the steel panels behind the glass in-between the floors. Because other than those floors the glass is pretty see-through.
