A few shots of the progress on cladding installation that I'm not sure we've had recently:
434 Minna from the back, over the lot that'll become the park. This BMR structure might not actually look so bad, with its subtly gradient skin. Much higher quality than I figured.
A few closer shots of 415 Natoma from the same position but facing SE (Tempest is just out of frame on the right).
Given the building's scale, you'd think the alley would be constricted or feel claustrophobic, but it's surprisingly open and airy. The setbacks and undulations help a lot.
The lobby / cafe that (hopefully) fills this corner space will surely be great.
Really excited to see and feel how much this internal alley space and park change in the next year or two.
