Now they just need to put new lightbulbs in at the station – 90% of them have been burnt out for 2-3 years. Hydro just gonna wait and replace them with the same "traditional" lights going everywhere?

well the bases are so rusted out already i wouldn't be surprised if they had to replace them for being structurally deficient. looks awful. and they only do the landscaping maybe once a year at that station as well

Driving by yesterday I noticed the buildings video sign read 95% leased. Sounds like its time to build another building.

This "East Village" area (between Donald and Main) has so much potential. Right next to RT, 5 minute walk to downtown, 10 minute walk to the Village, a couple grocery and convenience nearby. Lots of potential development sites – I hope they get zoned mixed use and allow for more retail to setup and create a true little neighbourhood.

Saw on Reddit that the entire building can't be reoccupied. People aren't even allowed to get their stuff. Building owner telling people to find new leases elsewhere.

So what does this mean for Parcel Pizza? They did a huge amount of work designing/renovating the interior of that space so I can't imagine they can just relocate.

I drive by Parcel Pizza every day. There were people, looked like staff, in there yesterday.
