Nice!!

Here is the skyline as it is today - extremely different from how it will be in 2 years time.
Downtown Los Angeles by Hunter, on Flickr

And here is my personal list, which I will keep updating and re-uploading.

Current as of March 21st 2017:

Good job! Thank you Mojeda101.

That's all we wanted.

I might use this post for my own overview and keep you updated.

Great job Mojeda!

Few mistakes
-Hanover Grand opened in November
-11th and Hill along with the other Forrest City development at 12th and Broadway are under construction. They broke ground in June or July.
-There's a small shitbox located at 1400 Figueroa between the two Avants. It broke ground recently. 106 units. http://urbanize.la/post/introducing-...ise-mixed-user

Since it's called downtown now, does that mean projects just within the freeway loop? Seems to me like projects in City West, Chinatown, and just below the 10 (SoLa Village) should be included

Which are? I would be against that because it would make more sense to talk about projects like College Station and SoLa Village here than in the non-downtown thread

Great Job!

11th and Hill is U/C (last time I looked down in that pit they were coming up from below ground)

It has 177 apartments

And the same people are doing the vomitorium at 1216 Broadway, 214 Apartments, also U/C

The downtownnews.com quarterly survey says that the apt tower on broadway proposed by the devlpr from australia....I don't recall the exact name & location.....has been placed on hold by the owner due to complaints about its design from ppl in the planning commission or neighborhood coalition. The planners or activists say its design is too modern.

Link?

I'll need to update my chart with pushed back dates as excuses start rolling in like the one above.

I was just going off what the DLANC map considers the boundaries.

btw, thanks to mojeda & forumers like you for taking the time to update the front page of the dtla thread or create comprehensive lists. however, I would like to see the existing thread merged with this one since I love seeing the dtla forum with over 2.6 million posts listed next to it.

Really nice job Mojeda looking less cluttered and ready for a new start going forward!! My suggestion would be just label the title "Los Angeles Downtown & Vicinity Project Rundown 6.0" so everything is included as they are within or adjacent to DTLA! Good job bro!

Thanks!

At first glance I see:

-4th & Hill still saying this year
-Mack Urban still saying this year
-Related needs $$ to get their Grand Ave project off the ground
-JW Marriott has been pushed over a year
-Barry Shy pushes his projects for the umpteenth time
-Hellens tower (I really liked this one) fell apart
-Alexan lost its timeline
-Apex 2 in early spring
-4th & Broadway completely left off list?

Edit: Updated my list towards the top of the page to reflect the news.

Thanks Mojeda; i enjoyed doing it for a little while, but not gonna lie, it feels kinda nice having a big weight off my shoulder haha

You seem to be very passionate about this city and have a lot more down time than I do, so i'm sure you'll do a much better job than me!
