It will be long before we see any buildings on that scale in Norway. There just is to much opposition from nimbys if the economic profits from such landmarks wasn't bad enough from the start....
The idea has been seriously scaled down in height, altough design ambitions are still high, it's such an early stage that the render should only be considered a nice render for the moment. Imagine such a complex in Oslo? I sure can't...
Investor is commonly nicknamed the king of "air-castle" projects still.
