No balconies on north side at all

It’s not a unit, it’s just a high ceiling-ed new entry vestibule.

It would have looked great, more big city style to have a few retail spots around the escalator opening..Sad..You might think with about 600 some residents in the 400 units @ 300 main st..and Earl's etc that night increase the need for a few CRU spots @ Winnipeg Square?

There will be CRUs on the mezz along the path of the skywalk corridor.

Also, first balconies went on today on west side and they are literally a shitty bare block of concrete.

You mean precast concrete balconies?

Appearances aside - those are the best balconies one could reasonably expect.

Low maintenance, high durability. Built in slope, nothing to rot.

Not sure what your issue is with them..?

I've been to Dubai...there, balconies are made from solid gold and unicorn horns.

I think I’ve just been on this project too long and everything about it has become aggravating. From a dramatic absence of planning and coordination to serious quality issues. Throw heat in and the blandness of the balconies blew me over the top lol

This view definitely shows a unit of some sort at ground level at the very least, and maybe some along Graham as well?

Well I'll be damned! That sounds a lot more pleasant than being in the Land of Beer Snakes.

So weird, I wonder why they used two floor steel columns for the previous few floors and are now back to using three floor columns.

I don't think it's that weird.

Ultimately, it's up to the steel supplier to figure out how they want to piece together the steel frame.

Depending on steel size efficiencies - it may make more sense to go two or three floors depending on the steel section.

I think the concrete balconies are fairly standard and will look like what Glasshouse installed. Not the prettiest things, but not sure what else you could expect from a balcony.
