I have been there and drove around before. I think the city has a ton of potential and that it will continue to revitalize! Living just outside of Pittsburgh I can say that many areas in Hamilton have a western, pa feel to them. Pittsburgh has several neighborhoods and some Mon valley suburbs with houses like those pictured. Very dense and gritty.

Love the pictures, and the next time I am there during the summer, I will get some from my Aunt and Uncle's boat in Harbour West looking south (downtown skyline and the mountain look so awesome from here, especially when viewed with humid air).

I was born in Grimsby. Lived there until I was 2 and then again when I was 8 and 11, I lived in the Hammer during the summers.

Hamilton is nearly being swallowed up by the monster city of Toronto. I guess it can be considered a suburb on the outskirts.

Hamilton in recent years realigned its strategy away from cars and suburbs and back towards transit and the downtown. The transit ridership has not grown in almost 40 years, falling behind Winnipeg, Quebec, London, Mississauga, Brampton, Kitchener... But ridership in 2024 is on pace to exceed 22 million, which would be the first time it has done so since 2014. And of course there is an LRT under construction. Hamilton seems to be getting back on the right track.

now here is graffiti you will never see in nyc.

these are literally the most hated people around here.

far beyond, racial, immigrant, religious or political bounds.

it's all about elitism, tribalism and pity for the poors, but god forbid if you are working class, gtfo we dont want you in our presence.

go enjoy your juggalofest elsewhere lol.

/rant over sorry.
