Does anybody know if there's a thread for the Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower/One Hanson Place? It's a really iconic building but the search function on this site is not the easiest to navigate.

I think it would have made for a better street presence and an even more striking design as the base could have tapered into the tower as it rose. Spilt milk under the bridge though. It's highly likely Juniors will eventually self develop, partner with or sell to a developer that will put a tower on the site. I can see something at least 600' going on the plot. The SE facing windows of 9 DeKalb wont be happy.

it should have come down for the high food prices!

but i am glad it didn't, just because it makes the development team have to work harder and more creatively -- and it leaves room for a little history and humanity.

i'm sure juniors will sell out some day though, after an old owner dies or something.

it will be funny to see a skinny res tower squeezed in there.

Brooklyn is becoming Kowloon to Manhattan's Victoria/Central.
