Any word on the delay for the glazing for the bump-out(?) where the hotel lobby/restaurant/bar will be?

I remember someone mentioned they were having fabrication issues with that as well.

Did you go to Quartino? I love that place. Nice shots.

So will the balconies and blow-through make a kinda "cross" shape on the western elevation?

Good guess, I did! Been there 3 times in the last year. Such a good deal for good Italian food to share with the girlfriend

I wanted to eat outside this time, but it was far too chilly that day. Next up on my list is Bavette's, I'm excited

I think we're finally starting to see a glimpse by the latest cam/pics how spectacular her upper half will shine in the sky!

Thnx for update, and I'm definitely seeing hues of green from cam!

You can definitely see that at the beginning of the mass dampers the top section stops tapering. Earlier I wasn't sure if this was what I was seeing in the renderings but obviously it was.

Oh shut up. It looks great in person. People in the Chicago forum whine more than middle school girls. Go look at Nordstrom tower glass in NYC. Both Vista and Lowes look significantly better.

There is still blue plastic covering protecting the windows on Nordstrom/Central Park Tower.

The cladding isn't overwhelmingly good quality (and it was one of my biggest gripes about this building), but I got a chance to see it about a week ago, and I have to say it looks a lot better in person. On a clear day, there's something crystalline and almost ethereal about this facade. In some ways, an unusual building for Chicago.
