bumping this thread to Page 2

... just in case you wanted to post more pictures...

I don't think my computer could handle the download if there were any more pictures on Page 1 of this thread.

I think the either your jpg file sizes are too large... either that, or maybe my computer has contracted some sort of virus, but my computer totally seized up trying to load the first page.

Having said that, once the pictures did load, it left me with an impressive view of Tashkent.

Palace of International Forums (part one)

Ippolito Fleitz Group was to develop and furnish the interior in a modern style in which it was necessary to bring the elements inherent in the traditional architecture of Uzbekistan. Palace Forum has kept the classic external elements, along with a modern interior. Palace forum is divided into sections: the lobby, auditorium, VIP-hall, banquet hall, conference hall and restaurant. The height of the ceiling in the main foyer - more than 16 meters, the floor area - 2500 square meters. The ceiling is decorated with chandeliers made ​​from 1.1 million crystals Swarovski.

Stadium "Bunyodkor" & Children-youth sports school

The project is a German company GMP Architekten. Architect - Joerg kroyl

The lower and upper part of the stadium "Bunyodkor" will be closed, it will be three storeys and is designed for 34 000 fans

Interesting pictures. It kind of has an office park look to it. But who am I to criticize, Uzbekistan is yet another developing country that puts our rail system to shame.
