haven't taken pics of the stack in a while since the office has been closed down. Stopped by tonight. Last week they hoisted a 120,000 lb support structure. This ones going to be big.

Thank you for sharing a photo update. Looks like they should complete a floor per week.

I was looking forward to seeing that V shaped support structure but it was all hidden behind scaffolding.

the structural beam is incredible. Can't wait to see what the glazing looks like in the next couple of months.

I haven't been in SSP since May 2, 2019 but did not even know this project existed! WOW!!!! The biggest office tower to rise up in Vancouver since Bentall 5, eh? I don't care if people aren't 100% satisfied with the design and all, this building is absolutely cool in my book.

Those renderings look fantastic. This is a really great looking building with high end finishes, and it is huge! Really wide and bulky, but in a good way. It will arguably be one of the marquee towers (office especially) in the city

I agree, very nice building. It might surpass my favorite Office Tower MNP Tower.

Credit to Oxford Properties LinkedIn. The first 13'2 curtain wall panels being put into place. What can I say other than WOW. I remember taking pictures of the site when they were still digging. Love being on this journey with you all, Cheers.

Thaks.
That gives a good idea of how much bigger commercial panes are than residential ones.
