That rendered shot really was outstanding. It's amazing how real you can get this look. Nice job Mo.

Who was it that said Mo' was the god of rendering? Hot dam, they were right! That is so realistic I can't believe it is SU. Very nice work Mo (and those who modeled all of that)!

Looks nice but the building looks a little plain. Color variation between floors would make it looks more realistic.

Yeah , it is hard to do curtain walls like Austin said , In the start i didn't mention that lines would be turned off and with them on this model works.
I thought if the shadows were set properly the floors would look like seams in the glass but it to hard with this size model so ima experiment with curtain walls a bit

Curtain walls are easy. Just take the normal model, which has lined windows, and use the offset tool to make an outline of the window that you can fill with another texture. That keeps things simple.

That's how I did this guy:

And Mocholate, throw me your email so I can give you that and the bridge files.

Yer i wa gonna do that and check to see if its worth pushing the gap in about 1 inch .
I meant to do it on Dacs model to replace the lines but something went glitchy on its travel to me which made all the outer faces become one . Stuff like that happens when you share models

I removed the pic cos i don't like it , Edit your posts

Hello.

I have put CGII's masterpiece together. CGII's are incredible , I wish i had the vision to create something like that.

I have to tweak a few colours in the whole model because they are a bit bright - I adjusted the tone in photoshop but the sky loses colour.
And i keep forgeting to change the colour of Dac's spire !!! aargh !

more coming.
