And that is 423 feet... for context that is one foot taller than anything in Salt Lake City:

More comparison... Here are North American buildings that are between one foot taller and one foot shorter:

Walkway plywood installs nearing completion as piling work continues. Soil being trucked away from the auger drilling and concrete piling pours. Still no signs of what is planned for the old lawyers house on Dufferin.

This is the link to the design brief. Lots of illustrations in there showing what is planned for the Dufferin side.

Will see how much of the 2016 plan is kept by Old Oak. We already know they are adding 2 floors to make the one tower 40 instead of 38 for example. 2016 plan shows 4 levels of underground parking. Will they change that?

Would be great to see an updated design plan posted on city website.

He was making a joke because Farhi has a reputation for talking about building things but not actually building things.

Slowly drilling and filling the caisson pilings along Talbot St now. Suspect they will be doing this well into the new year before they start excavating the pit.

I thought it would be starting soon. Drove by the site on Saturday and saw an excavator.

The name of this building on the database changed from 100 Fullarton to Centro 1 and 2. 131 king's diagram was put in 97 king's spot. Both those building's status are now under construction. Wierd but I am happy the status has been changed.

Drilling for caisson pilings moves north towards Dufferin Ave as excavation of pit continues on the south side of lot. Should soon see how they plan to deal with the house on Dufferin.
