Domus Developments has the tower crane up for their 4s 43 unit condo building. This is phase 2 of the development in Masonville area off Fiddlehead Place.

Some of the 4th floor walls are now poured. This is the final floor. Mechanical penthouse after this and the building is topped out.

Crane is still up. Looks like they will start these as rentals at first.

Progress on this building has been extremely slow. Not sure why given its relatively small size they should have been done a long time ago.

Still working on exterior finishing on this building. Not clear if they have any tenants as of yet but should be very close now.
