I'll be working on and off for the next few months just a few blocks south at the Strathmore Towers.

The first tower looks like it will be close to 600 feet total. Tower 1 is 547 feet, and that is calculated above the podium. The podium height varies as it sits on a hill, so from some perspectives, tower 1 will be over 600 feet.

Thanks.
Do those sliding glass doors look taller than usual?
The glass above looks short.

First tower doesn't look too exciting but I agree it going up very quickly! I need to stop by with a camera some afternoon now that I work in Coquitlam.

Holy hell that is going up quick, certainly looks like it's trending towards completing on time by 2023.

Yep, this one has sprung up in no time. I was driving in the area and there are so many tall towers underway especially on Coquitlam side. It's a big area and will take years to truly densify but these key projects are definitely changing how the area feels for the better.

Yeah it's jarring how much that area has changed. I was driving east along Columbia in Sapperton the other day and wow I never realized North Road now actually has a cohesive skyline.

thats the shortest of the four towers too. The others are starting their ascent now, will start to be noticeable in a week or two I guess.

^Cool video. Very detailed oriented from a virtual perspective about the specificity of the construction process. Didn't realize the north west tower would be the tallest in a material way.

Tower 3 and Tower 1 are looking to both be working on their 3rd floors now, starting to show some distinct separation from the podiums.
