751 units, 1179 parking spaces. The 4s have one level of underground parking, and the 8 and 9s have 2 levels. Plus there is surface parking. The parking levels are larger than the above ground building footprint. Basically, the buildings are L shaped and the parking garages take up the space under the surface parking inside the L.
In reading the design report, the wooded area will mostly be conveyed to the city after development, as part of the bonusing for height, that I imagine will still be argued about, because, this is London and anything more than 1 floor seems to be too high. They will be removing some of the trees to make way for the driveway down the right side of the property.
