When I started taking these pictures, I said to myself that I would be done by March 2012. That didn't happen. Finally, today, I took the last picture, the one that tied everything together. Sweet release! Here's my last year in Los Angeles. Perhaps you'll see a familiar face or two...
Shot on a 5D MKII with Zeiss 35 f1.5, Zeiss 25 f2, Zeiss 21 f2.8, and the Canon TS-E 17mm f4 if you care about that stuff.
Food, kids smoking weed, pretty houses, and blue skies. Typical day in LA. Outstanding pictures. Really good quality. You even managed to get the building on Wilshire and Cochran that my father used to work in.
nice pics. good job in post processing, especially the perspective correction. little bit of pareidolia in there.
yep, i listen to the songs.
I actually use as little post processing as possible, and try to keep things like color as natural as I can. Any perspective control is done either through the lens I use (the 17mm TS-E) or how I position myself and my camera spatially in relation to whatever I'm photographing.
these are great but you totally ruined the thread with the 2 shots with the rifle. Come on man! that wasn't even remotely funny or appropriate at this time and left a sour taste to an otherwise brilliant set
