Ha definitely not. It was a reaction to how many Toronto centric threads were started by the Toronto centric new guy in a short period of time.
City specific threads should be in their own section that's what those sections are for.

The real issue here is that there should be a Canada skybar to dump all the off topic threads... this way people can create threads about the NHL, the Toronto Raptors, the Moose Jaw Warriors and post to their hearts' delight.

I do get that a tallest towers in Canada thread is gonna be dominated by Toronto and I'm fine with that.
