This project proposes the construction of a mixed-use high-rise on the corner of Franklin Street and McAllister Street with ground floor retail space.The building has dynamic East and South facades dotted by bays, terraces, and private balconies. The building offers residential parking at the basement level, preserving the ground level for active commercial and community space.

Above, the homes look out across the cityscape on all sides. The building contains multiple open spaces including a central courtyard, a mid-level terrace, and a south-facing community terrace for all residents to enjoy expansive city views.
