I was renting next to this quite recently, it is absolutely an underutilized space! I'm so glad to see developer interest. A little tragic that the housing is more likely to be affordable because of the noisy proximity of the 405, but more housing/density in Goose Hollow is for the best. Now if only the city could be convinced to plant some more trees along the off-ramp
