Wow. Never knew Omaha's skyline was that impressive. And with this new skyscraper Mutual of Omaha, it will only become even more so. Omaha is another city whose skyline hits above it's weight.

The street on the left side of the construction site is set to be home to the new streetcar line running about a mile past the black office tower in the background. This corridor will be a great urban backbone for the city.

Brad Williams gets the coolest shots of Omaha when he gets up in a helicopter. This shot you can see where the new tower will sit right at the end of the recently opened completely renovated downtown parks system. Love the juxtaposition between the Old Market area to the left and the more modern CBD next door.

Progress on the Mutual HQ. Developer expects construction to reach 200 ft in six months and 300 ft in a year.

I thought it would be moving a little faster. Impatient here I guess.

About the height of the red Central Park Plz towers just across the street by July 2024 and near the height of the UP headquarters Jan 2025.
