Tried to wait a couple weeks before my next question, hope that is long enough.
How much does the Burj Khalifa sway in a good wind? An inch? A foot? A yard?

very, very little. it's mostly displacement, not rotation. concrete isn't very stretchy, but it can be designed to bend a bit.

Applying some basic trigonometry, assuming that the top floor at 584.5 m sways a maximum of 2 m (which I doubt since he said "at the top" which is 828 m but anyway...) you're talking an angle of .18 or eight hundredths of a degree.

If we're talking about the actual top moving that much, you're looking at only .13 degrees.
