I’m glad that that building is coming down. It’s an eyesore. The state should sell 360 Adams and build a new Supreme Kings. The current courthouse is hideous.

I'm kind of fond of Kings County Supreme Court. It's definitely of its time.

I have friends starting to look at family-sized condos in Brooklyn Heights. I wonder if they could delay a year or two and buy here. I wouldn't mind seeing these units in person.

I do think, given the Brooklyn Heights location, these will likely be the most expensive highrise condos in Brooklyn.

I can see your perspective.

There are so many beautiful building in the immediate vicinity, like Borough Hall, the old, Georgian courthouse, the EDNY, etc. To me, 360 Adams detracts from the landscape. Also, it’s a dump inside.

I have no idea. Could have been a design exercise or a study commissioned by the developers.

Hopefully, the design will be something with a more welcoming profile. I'm reminded of the 9 Dekalb profile.
