I bet they got something pretty from doing that, not that I have any knowledge at all on how procurement of homes and land go with a developer taking hold of it. My mind tends to think that it could be a very handsome sum if you keep at the bargaining table more than once.
P.S. Indoor pools are the bomb, especially this time of the year, like today even!
