Agreed. This will make condos less appealing relative to SFH/lowrise, and will make curbing sprawl more of an uphill battle. I once considered upgrading to a terrace-level condo not too high up, but with the acceptable level of new densities looking more and more like Toronto, I'm am now looking to just build a small house in the Sea to Sky corridor. Mostly WFH driven, but also that it has gotten harder to find new condos with the comparable light, views and even architecture compared to 10-15 years ago at merely upper-mid-market levels.
