Tower crane is now complete.
Judging from it's "reach", I would say that the crane is ideally positioned to allow for construction of both
Tannery Place South and
Tannery Place North, and therefore would likely be a feature on our skyline until 2021.
If I were to speculate further, I wonder if they won't hold off on doing anything with the lot next to GoodLife until 2021 either. They could then simply reposition the current crane to the other side of Ivan Rand Drive and use it for the new construction there. This would give them a year or so to decide whether or not to proceed with the Home 2 Suites by Hilton.
