I'd also think that having a stalled construction site just sitting there on the block will make it harder to attract people to the completed tower.

Amazing to now have River Walk as part of the skyline. The 2nd tower should add a little something to it. From this perspective, it is game changing.

The glass seems silver rather than the standard shades of blue.

Only looks like that because of the reflections on that shot. Go back a page and see how it looks with the sky reflecting

You can see the top peaking out from the Cira Green now.

Second tower is about a floor above ground. The core is about 5 stories above ground.

So if they create a Riverwalk on this side of Philly like Delaware Ave has I can see this side of Philly doing better than the other side due to the views and location to downtown. I could see it becoming like the harbor around WTC Aka the piers, even though Delaware ave has the piers they seem to be less interested in that area right now.

Could yachts handle the Schuylkill river?

what a beautiful picture, thanks for posting that.

Can someone remind me which tower is topped out, the taller or shorter one, I scrolled back a bit & didn't see it, and I fatigue easily

I was driving and was not able to get a pic, but the glass cladding is up more than half way on this building and it looks really good.

What are the odds that both towers will be completed before the W/Element opens?

I don't think that will happen at all. Sure, the W is taking forever, but they plan on opening it at the very end of the year. If on schedule. North tower of Riverwalk could open late next year
