Awesome, Jawn! This bldg has so much presence already and when the other phase (bldg 2) gets built, it will make the area feel that more complete and cosmopolitan. Can't wait to stand on Cira Green and take it all in.

This project is really moving along.

Is any of this the final rendering?

Nah - all the renderings are here though.

Also, I mentioned in the High Rise thread, looks like PMC Property is looking at the parking lot at 23/Cherry as well.

Crane has been jumped and they are on a roughly 5 day per floor rotation!

Yep, one of my favorite angles. However, the one that gets photographed most often is from the Museum steps and there at that angle doesn't show Liberty 1 and 2 because it's blocked by CTC. That would look awesome if it did.

Apologize for the dystopian feel (from the train) - as Ironhead401 said, she's really climbing now. At this pace, maybe 12 more floors to go at most, 2 months tops, to top out on the north tower.

The 30th St District will also surely help things.

Crane jump; the core is taller than the Rivers Edge condos now.

I had some time today, so I took advantage of the nice weather. Figured I would post a couple of the facade.

I'm digging those panels at the base with the protruded fins. I think this project is gonna turn out to be a show stopper.

That's not dystopian. The two Comcast scrapers in Philly are dystopian. Your picture with the tracks looks more desolate and abandoned.

Thanks for all the pics today!

Did you notice if that small crane on the south tower site is working on something there?

I walked by at two different times, and neither time did there appear to be any work being done on the second tower.

They are slowly working on the second tower.
There MAY be a second tower crane going up on that core to start moving on that tower faster.

This jobsite and the first towers are massive in person! When you walk through the first tower you can get an idea of why it took so long to get moving faster!
