World Capitol Project is alive and well. Trust me. I've been obsessed with the same Sketchup project for over 2 years now. I doubt I'll get over it anytime soon.

As a matter of fact, when I look back on the progress of my Sketchup model's progress, each part of it conjures up recollection of what my life was like at that particular time when I was designing it. In an odd sort of way, my city is sort of like the growth rings on a tree.

On the plus side, because of Google Sketchup, the cost of creating monuments which impress and endure has fallen significantly since the Pyramid building days of ancient Egypt. Woohoo.

weeeell, i've thought about starting up with projects but i'm taking a math class during summer, and math is that subject that just kills me.

i've wanted to do a house for a while, but every time i open sketchup i just feel like i could be doing something else (i actually started to take care of things instead of putting them aside).

i'd like to have more people here though, if anyone has any ideas you can always PM me. i'd also like to broaden the experience level here, from beginner's to experts. we have a little of both but more range would be nice.

^currently our only active member is pingyao.... so thats 1 member. no mixing of skill levels here lol. right now, the goal should be to get more members, yet alone get a good mix of different skill levels.

I am still here to, but to busy with universtity at the moment....

If i find some time, i'll finish the City Hall/Museum complex i started for my city, but that will be the last i think. Its just to time consuming tu build up the city in its current complexity and im not willing to lower the detail. I still have many ideas i want to build there but i wont get the chance in near future or at all...
