Yes. A while back they said they intended to get started in the fall of 2019. My guess is that they'll move on to the Cunard proposal as the one on South Park wraps up.

It looks to me like it has two floors left to go plus the penthouse level(s).

This one is a bit shorter than most of the other towers in the area that have all been built up to the maximum ramparts-limited height but because it's so narrow it looks less stumpy than usual.

The Tramway building is also going to be expanded, restored, and lit up and night and one block below the former Discovery Centre is the United Gulf site, so I expect this view will look dramatically different in a couple of years. All of Sackville Street has transformed dramatically. It used to feel like a weird dead zone but it's turning into the heart of downtown. And unlike the "CBD" area around Hollis and George it has a nicer mix of residential and businesses.

The rooftop terrace on the newish building across the street is interesting. Particularly since there seems to be no furniture or other things that would make it usable.
