Cadillac Fairview officially announced a major renovation of
the ground floor of Granville Square, 200 Granville

O.Noir, a successful "dine in the dark" restaurant
concept, recently leased the former Q4 Ristorante at 2611
West 4th Avenue, they currently have locations in Montreal
and Toronto.



O noir? Amazing!

I have been to the one here in Toronto. The food is quite mediocre but the experience is a must!

The name of the restaurant at 200 granville will be coming soon, good news I can share is it isn't Cactus club, Earls or Joeys!

We will be seeing a lot of lobby and building renos over the next couple years as landlords scramble to fight the tenant attrition which will be created by the new buildings coming online in 2015.
