Its a shame they couldn't be a little more competitive for folks like Amazon or even Google or Apple.
Apple is currently searching for a ton of space, something like 750,000 sq-ft, enough in theory to kick start 2 WTC. But everyone seems to be looking at Hudson Yards or its proxies.
Or they could just build it on spec, and hope they can get enough smaller commitments so when it opens, its financially stable.
